If it’s obvious, it’s probably right. This thought has guided Sara throughout her life and career. She always believes that the best solution is usually the one right in front of our eyes. For 30years, Sara has guided some of the worlds best loved brands, products and companies along a strategic pathway that begins with seeing the obvious and results in the development of something obviously distinctive, relevant and successful.

As a global branding and marketing expert, Sara has a talent for revitalizing brands based on deep and meaningful consumer, market and brand understanding.  Her solutions prepare the organizations she works with for sustainable development and growth.

Driven by a strong sense of urgency and speed to market, she is expert at turning uncertainty and chaos into order, harmony and a plan forward that often results in a turn-around strategy for brands and business.

With years of managing and leading high-performing strategic and creative teams, and as the former CEO of Arnell Group, Sara knows how to operationalize and motivate stakeholders toward a common goal and shared success.
