About the Role
The Associate Director of Client Success will oversee a portfolio of strategically important client accounts, ensuring exceptional partnership, communication, and delivery across all campaigns. This role is central to maintaining client trust and driving business growth through seamless coordination between the Props media, content, and strategy teams.
The ideal candidate has a paid media background, thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments and has a proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, ensuring clear and proactive communication to achieve long-term satisfaction.
- Lead recurring client meetings with clear agendas, follow-ups, and actionable next steps.
- Build trusted partnerships by understanding each client’s business goals and marketing objectives.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Own the creation and maintenance of campaign briefs as the single source of truth across teams.
- Collaborate with media, content, and operations partners to align on strategy, deliverables, and timelines.
- Manage campaign schedules and milestones in Notion, ensuring deadlines and updates are communicated effectively.
Performance Reporting & Optimization
- Own campaign reporting, data analysis, and strategic insight generation for key client-facing deliverables.
- Participate in daily performance review discussions with the media team, surfacing opportunities for optimizations.
- Support quarterly business reviews and client evaluations in partnership with leadership.
- Identify and address potential risks or performance issues promptly, and recommend strategic adjustments accordingly.
Team Leadership & Process Improvement
- Refine and standardize internal processes, including briefs, reporting templates, and communication workflows.
- Partner with leadership to scale Client Success operations and enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in client success, account management, or marketing operations.
- 1-2 years of hands-on management and optimization of paid social media campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
