Emily Kay has over a decade of PR and digital marketing experience, recently having spent seven years guiding the campaign and content development, PR initiatives, and management of the McDonald’s USA social media accounts. Campaigns she’s lead have won multiple industry awards, including six 2019 Cannes Lions, five 2019 Clio awards, six “Pencils” at the 2018 Design & Art Direction Festival, the 2017 PR Week “US Campaign of the Year,” and the 2016 “Best Use of Social Media” Webby Award. Today, Emily is a content creator who specializes in written storytelling and photography. She is also an entrepreneur who runs the website Isn’t That Charming, and has worked with high-profile brands such as Comcast, Target, Evereve, Shopbop, Behr Paint, Interior Define, Minted, Panera, and more. She holds a MA in Public Relations and Advertising from DePaul University and a BA in Journalism from Michigan State University.
