Position Overview
Props is seeking a Content Associate to join our team in New York City. This is an entry-level to early-career role for someone who is excited to build a career in content, creator marketing, and digital media.

The Content Associate will support a range of content and campaign functions, including creator outreach, editing, research, campaign support, and social storytelling. During the first 6–12 months, this role will also provide cross-functional operational support through project coordination, meeting notes, and internal follow-up management. Over time, the position is expected to transition fully into the content organization.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support creator outreach, sourcing, communication, and relationship management
  • Assist in coordinating creator deliverables and campaign timelines
  • Edit and refine written materials including articles, captions, headlines, decks, and social copy
  • Conduct research on cultural trends, creators, platforms, and campaign opportunities
  • Contribute to campaign support materials, creative brainstorming, and brand activations
  • Track project details, timelines, and next steps across multiple workstreams
  • Take detailed meeting notes and ensure clear internal follow-up on action items
  • Collaborate across teams to support content development and campaign execution
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and clear communication across all aspects of the role

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of professional experience in content, marketing, social media, creator partnerships, communications, or a related field
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest in creators, digital media, social platforms, and brand storytelling
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or early professional experience in media, marketing, publishing, social media, or creator-focused roles
  • Familiarity with social platforms, internet culture, and digital content trends
  • Experience supporting projects, coordinating timelines, or working across multiple teams
  • Comfort with presentation materials, research, and content development
