Our approach combines creator authenticity, strategic content development, and measurable performance.

Position Overview

Props is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Content Operations Associate to support our creator and campaign operations.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone interested in creator marketing, project management, digital media, and relationship management. The Content Operations Associate will help move creator campaigns from outreach through launch, ensuring creators remain informed, deadlines stay on track, and campaign materials are organized and accurate.

The role is primarily operational, with opportunities to contribute to content development, editing, and creative review as experience grows. The right candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys working with people, creating structure, and keeping multiple projects moving at once.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Outreach and Relationship Management
  • Manage creator outreach from initial contact through campaign participation
  • Communicate campaign opportunities, timelines, expectations, and next steps clearly
  • Build positive, professional relationships with creators and their representatives
  • Lead creator onboarding calls and guide creators through campaign processes
  • Ensure creators submit profiles, pitches, deliverables, and required information on time
  • Draft, refine, and maintain creator outreach templates and communications
Campaign and Project Operations
  • Coordinate deliverables and follow-ups across creators and internal teams
  • Upload approved ad copy and other campaign materials into internal systems
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of ads before launch
  • Support the team with administrative and operational tasks that keep campaigns running smoothly
Organic Content Support
  • Coordinate creators participating in organic content initiatives
  • Support first-party edits of creator-produced organic content
  • Draft and refine captions for organic social posts
  • Track creator submissions and follow up on outstanding content or revisions
Content Development and Review
  • Conduct an initial review of creator profiles, points of view, and campaign pitches
  • Gradually take on editing support for creator articles and other longer-form content
  • Contribute to content, creator, and campaign discussions as familiarity with the work grows

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Up to two years of experience in marketing, media, creator partnerships, project coordination, communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and workstreams simultaneously
  • Confidence communicating with external partners in a professional and thoughtful manner
  • Strong follow-through and a willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may evolve
  • Interest in creator marketing, social media, digital content, and brand storytelling
  • Ability to receive feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and apply learnings quickly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or early-career experience in creator marketing, advertising, digital media, social media, production, or project management
  • Experience communicating with creators, influencers, talent, vendors, or other external partners
  • Familiarity with project management tools, content management systems, or campaign trackers
  • Experience reviewing, editing, or proofreading written content
  • General familiarity with paid and organic social media content
  • An understanding of how creators and brands collaborate across digital platforms

What Success Looks Like

Within the first several months, you will develop a strong understanding of Props’ creator and campaign workflows, establish reliable systems for managing outreach and follow-ups, and become a trusted point of contact for creators.

As you grow in the role, you will take greater ownership of creator relationships, onboarding, campaign coordination, quality assurance, and contract support. You will also have opportunities to become more involved in content review, editing, and creator development based on your interests and performance.

The Ideal Candidate

You are someone who notices when a detail is missing, follows up without being asked, and takes pride in making projects easier for everyone involved. You communicate clearly, stay calm when multiple priorities are moving at once, and enjoy building relationships with different personalities.

You are interested in content and creativity, but you are equally energized by the operational work that brings a campaign to life. You are eager to learn, comfortable taking initiative, and excited to grow within a collaborative startup environment.
