We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who wants to do more than report on performance - someone who wants to shape it.

About the Role

This is a high-impact role embedded in live media execution and growth strategy. You’ll work across media, client success, content, and product teams to turn campaign data into actionable insight, scalable systems, and stronger client outcomes.

What You’ll Own

Performance Optimization

  • Build and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other paid platforms
  • Monitor performance trends, troubleshoot tracking or data discrepancies when needed, and make proactive adjustments
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale growth, and consistently outperform client KPIs

Forecasting & Media Planning

  • Develop media plans with clear budget recommendations aligned to client growth goals
  • Build performance forecasts that project acquisition volume, efficiency, and expected results for current and prospective clients

Creative Intelligence

  • Translate creative-level data into insights that shape future content strategy
  • Lead structured creative testing initiatives that compound learnings over time

Insights Enablement

  • Review and maintain dashboards in partnership with Data and Product, aggregating data across platforms to ensure accurate reporting
  • Deliver clear, data-backed insights that support internal strategy and client performance storytelling

Product Collaboration

  • Act as a power user of Props’ internal tools, ensuring they effectively support media execution
  • Partner closely with Product to provide real-time feedback that informs tool enhancements and roadmap priorities


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, or Google
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and performance analysis
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when managing budgets and campaign setup
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and prioritizing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator who can explain results simply
  • Experience strategically applying AI tools to streamline workflows and support smarter decision-making
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
