Performance Marketing Manager, Client Success
Location: NYC, Flatiron District
Reports to: Associate Director, Client Success / MD
About the Role
The Performance Marketing Manager of Client Success will own the day-to-day communication, media strategy analysis, and go-to-market campaign briefs for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional partnership, communication, and delivery across all campaigns. This role is central to maintaining client trust and driving business growth through seamless coordination between the Props media, content, and strategy teams.
The ideal candidate has a background in paid media analysis and communication,, thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments, and has a proven track record of spearheading accounts with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Support day-to-day communication and media performance analysis for assigned clients, helping ensure a clear, proactive line between Props and each account.
- Lead recurring client meetings with clear agendas, follow-ups, and actionable next steps.
- Build a working, actionable understanding of each client's business goals marketing objectives and what it means to have “good performance”.
Campaign Strategy
- Support the creation and maintenance of campaign briefs as the single source of truth across teams.
- Collaborate with media, content, and operations partners to align on media strategy, reporting, deliverables, and timelines.
- Help clients understand the Props paid media approach across Paid Social, Organic and On Site content.
- Manage campaign schedules and milestones, ensuring deadlines and updates are communicated effectively.
- Support campaign reporting, data analysis, and strategic insight generation for key client-facing deliverables and weekly performance calls.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in client success, account management, or optimization of paid social media campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Proven ability to support initiatives with data-backed analysis.
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills.
