THE GIG

We are looking for someone to join our team as Paid Social Trader. If you want to work in a fast growth environment, and play a leading role in shaping and building this critical area, you will find that our platform and company provides an environment in which you can make a real impact and progress rapidly. The emphasis of the role is very much on taking ownership of the delivery of our unique and effective method of promoting content through paid social. This includes collaborating with the content team, crafting audiences, bid strategies, and campaign strategies, setting up campaigns and maintaining them on a daily and weekly basis to deliver the highest level of performance.

Props campaign KPIs are typically ROAS, Cost per Purchase or Cost per Subscriber and candidates should be comfortable and confident in this performance-based environment.

You will help the client success team analyze performance and uncover insights that help the company and our clients grow.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Agency side experience as a Paid Social Optimization Trader. Alternatively Paid Social experience running performance campaigns on Facebook, Twitter etc.
  • Experience of running social campaigns, developing strategies, optimizing for performance, and developing and reporting back insights to the client success team.
  • Have extensive experience in managing conversion-based  Paid Social campaigns is a must.
  • Experience of running programmatic campaigns is a bonus.
  • Respect for data. Comfortable working with data to drive insights and recommendations.

  • $80-90k salary
