Scott is helping Props grow by building new relationships with enterprise brands and supporting the expansion of existing Props clients.

Previously, Scott was the Chief Marketing Officer & Senior Vice President at AAA Club Alliance, a position he held since February 2019. In this role, he oversaw the organization's marketing and membership strategies, focusing on Member-centric approaches and marketing channel transformation.

With over two decades of experience in marketing and financial services, Lugar has held senior leadership positions at several notable companies. His earlier roles include Senior Vice President at JG Wentworth and Sindeo, Vice President at Capital One, and various senior leadership positions at ING DIRECT, including CMO. He began his career at MBNA America.

During his tenure at AAA Club Alliance, Lugar has led initiatives aimed at modernizing the brand's marketing efforts. Under his leadership, AAA set up strategic partnerships, such as the Philadelphia Eagles MVP Membership, Military, First Responder and Educator Memberships as well as creating innovative ways to activate strategic partnerships like T-Mobile & Hertz.

Scott is a hands-on leader who works hard and plays hard.

Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Delaware and enjoys spending time with his girls, spending as much time as possible outdoors and focusing on his yoga practice.
