Zalak Patel

Zalak is part of the Product team at Props, where she helps move the product roadmap forward by keeping projects organized and ensuring teams stay aligned. She graduated from NYU’s Stern School of Business with a degree in Marketing and Data Science and brings experience across media, digital marketing, and data analysis.When she’s not organizing product work, she’s experimenting with Indian spices to recreate nostalgic flavors from her hometown, Mumbai, India—or exploring Manhattan for restaurants that come close. And in the name of nostalgia and loyalty, she loves Chipotle so much that she once did her grad photoshoot there (yes, really).
