Mission

College Ave needed to engage high school seniors and college students for their Ambition Card launch. They aimed to build trust, educate this audience on credit basics, and efficiently convert them into cardholders.

To connect with Gen Z, Props partnered with College Ave to craft a content strategy centered on financial literacy, empowerment, and authenticity—brought to life through relatable creators like Avni across native platforms like TikTok and Snapchat. The campaign built trust, sparked engagement, and positioned College Ave as a credible guide for young adults starting their credit journey.
To effectively reach Gen Z, Props partnered with College Ave to define key messaging pillars—financial literacy, empowerment, and credibility. These themes shaped a content strategy that felt both educational and emotionally relevant to young adults beginning their credit journey.
Props activated a diverse creator lineup—like Avni, a recent college grad and entrepreneur—who shared her personal credit journey and practical insights. By speaking in their own voices, these creators built trust and connection without the feel of traditional advertising.
With a clear understanding of Gen Z’s digital habits, Props created platform-native content for TikTok, Snapchat, and other channels where students naturally engage. Every piece was designed to feel organic, scroll-worthy, and true to the way this audience consumes information.
This combination of smart messaging, relatable creators, and platform fluency resulted in a campaign that did more than inform—it captured attention and inspired action, positioning College Ave as a credible and empowering partner in financial literacy.

What we accomplished

The campaign exceeded expectations on every front—credit card application costs came in 45% below target, while website traffic costs were 76% under benchmark.
